How to make an appointment

Please contact me directly by email, or ask your child’s GP, paediatrician, psychiatrist or audiologist to send through a referral.

My Fees

• Interviews and school meetings: $300/hr (incl GST)
• Cognitive assessments: $2500 (incl GST), including cognitive testing, scoring, parent feedback, and a formal report
• Full educational assessments: $3000 (incl GST), including cognitive and educational testing, scoring, parent feedback, and a formal report
• Psychometric questionnaires: $150 (incl GST) per questionnaire
• Referral/clinical letters and reports: $300/hr (incl GST)

Payment is required prior to each session by internet banking. Receipts are available on request.

Missed appointments and late cancellations

If you can’t make an appointment please let me know at least 48 hours prior so the spot can be refilled. Otherwise, I’ll need to charge you for the missed appointment as follows:

• Missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours: charged in full.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: charged at 50% (unless the spot is filled).
